The event will take place at Sant'Elmo Beach Hotel near Castiadas.
Registration Deadlines:
July 14, for in-person participation including hotel booking form (at a favorable rate). Up to this deadline, the hotel provides the following options for accomodation
Double Room single occupancy: 125€/day.
Double Room double occupancy: 62.50€/day.
All options include full board. In addition there are 3€ tourist tax per day.
September 25, for in-person participation without hotel booking form (in this case the registrants are fully responsible for reserving their own accommodation and hotel availability is not guaranteed by the organizers)
