Important Registration Information

The deadline for registration is Nov 17 has been extended to Nov 22, but application for contributed talks is no longer possible. The deadline for applying for a contributed talk or a poster presentation is also Nov 17, but if you want your application to receive full consideration, it needs to reach us no later than Nov 10, after which the selection process will start.

Please register by completing the registration form, which can be found under "Registration" in the conference menu. After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgement by email with a link for the payment of the conference fee. Your registration will at this stage be "pending". Once we have received the fee payment, you will receive an immediate confirmation of payment from the EPS. In a separate email, you will within a few days (which we need for processing) receive a confirmation that your registration has been converted from "pending" to "completed".

The registration fee is 180€ per participant. This includes coffee breaks, the conference dinner and other social events. There is a reduced fee of 135€ for participants who are (PhD) students or individual EPS members at the time of registration. You are an individual EPS member if in the past you have signed up directly with the EPS and are up to date with the payment of your annual membership fees. Note that being a member of a national physical society which is a member society of the EPS may entitle you to a discounted individual membership fee, but it does not in itself imply that you are an individual member. See here for more information and a list of benefits of an individual membership, and here for signing up.

We have a limited budget to support travel and local expenses for a small number of junior participants who otherwise would not be able to attend. They must have received their PhD degree no longer than 6 years ago and must have their contributed talk accepted for presentation by the conference organizers. If you would like to be considered for this support, send an email to Dionysios Anninos at dionysios.anninos@kcl.ac.uk with the header "Request for Travel Support" after registering and submitting your abstract, but before paying the conference fee, making your case and stating what kind of support you are looking for.
