All speakers and participants must arrange and pay for accommodation themselves. Beware of scammers and spammers who may contact you and offer to arrange rooms in hotels or dormitories; they have nothing to do with us.

For participants with a limited budget and particularly junior scientists, we have reserved a number of rooms associated with the Mathematical Institute, which are either single or double/shared and cost between 500 and 800 CZK per room per night. We have also made a reservation for 8 rooms at student residence Kolej Hvezda. They come in pairs of two rooms sharing a bathroom, but are bookable separately, and the price is 767 CZK per room per night. All of these have to be booked through the conference organizers. Please contact gravity@math.cas.cz if you are interested in any of these options, and briefly explain your budgetary situation. Note again that we will not approach you, and there will be no third parties involved in this process. We will allocate all rooms on a first come, first serve basis, and they will have to be paid for separately from the conference fee. You will receive a final confirmation for any room reservation only after you have paid for both the room and the conference fee.
