The deadline for registration is June 15 - 2025.
Please register by completing the registration form, which can be found under "Registration" in the conference menu. After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgement by email with information about the payment of the conference fee.
If your participation fee is paid by Nikhef you can indicate this in your registration form, then you do not have to transfer the amount; we will contact Nikhef.
Your registration will at this stage be "pending".
Once we have received the fee payment, you will receive a confirmation that your registration has been converted from "pending" to "completed". Please note that we need some days for processing, which means that you will receive this email with some delay.
The registration fee is 1500 € per participant. This includes:
- 10 overnight stays including breakfast at Fletcher Hotel Holthurnsche hof in a double room.
- During the day always unlimited coffee, tea and water
- Extensive lunch (except day of arrival)
- A snack in the afternoon
- 3-course dinner (not on the day of arrival September 7 and not on the day of departure Wednesday September 17)
- Social event on Saturday September 13
There are no lectures on Saturday September 13, information about what the plan is for that day will follow.
